Shipping Availability

Deliveries are carried out to all eligible pin codes across India.
At present, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Handling

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing complete order and shipment details.

Delivery Timelines

Standard shipping usually takes 3–8 business days, depending on your location.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts

Delivery may fail in the following cases:

Incorrect or incomplete delivery address shared by the customer.
The recipient is not available at the delivery address.
Shipment is declined at the time of delivery.

Action: If any of the above occurs, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Customers can request that the product be shipped again

Damaged or Missing Parcels

For damaged deliveries, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours and provide clear photographic proof.
If a package is lost in transit, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund once the courier partner confirms the status.
