Cancellation Policy   

At Mossypetal, operated by Cloudrevel Labs Private Limited, our goal is to make shopping for women’s accessories effortless and convenient. In this document, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Cloudrevel Labs Private Limited, while “you,” “your,” and “user” refer to our valued customers.  

We recognize that plans may change, and you might wish to cancel an order. This policy outlines the process and applicable terms for order cancellations.  

Cancellation Prior to Dispatch  

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before they are shipped, whichever occurs first.   
   
• To cancel, please contact our customer care team via email.   
   
• Approved cancellations will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.  

Orders Already Dispatched  

• Once a shipment has been sent out, cancellation is no longer possible.   
   
• However, after delivery, you can return the item in line with our Return & Refund Policy.  

Order Modifications  

• Changes to selected products or delivery addresses are not permitted once the order is placed.   
   
• If you need adjustments, you must cancel the existing order (if eligible) and then create a new one.
